Nourishing the Mind, Body, & Spirit

Designed for intimate partner violence survivors and those who support them,Tranquil Essence presents Nourishing the Mind, Body & Spirit. The virtual session will explore mindful eating and juicing as accessible tools to help nourish the body, support emotional well-being, and gently restore the mind–body–spirit connection during one’s healing journey.

SOCIAL WORK CEU’s: 1.5 Category I Social Work CEU’s are offered at this event for $10/CEU credit. Instructions on payment and receiving your certificate will be provided following the webinar. The Maryland Health Care Coalition Against Domestic Violence is authorized by the Board of Social Work Examiners in Maryland to sponsor social work continuing education programs and maintains full responsibility for this program. This training qualifies for 1.5 Category I continuing education units.
