Coalition Supports Strangulation Legislation in Maryland

In October, Domestic Violence Awareness Month, the Coalition was presented with a proclamation signed by Baltimore’s Mayor Jack Young, commending the group for “serving as a leader in building a collaborative community response across health care providers and allied professionals seeking to address IPV-related issues.”
