Breathing Practices

Deep breathing signals the brain and body that you’re safe.

By slowing your breath, you can help calm your nervous system, reduce stress, and gently bring yourself back to the present moment. With regular practice, these small moments of intentional breathing can build a greater sense of control and ease in your body.
